FAQ & Troubleshooting

High-Level Facts

  • Browser-based – No downloads required.

  • Cross-device – Play on mobile or desktop.

  • Internet required – Stable connection necessary.

  • Low resource use – Works on most devices made since ~2015.

  • Screen size – Optimized for iPhone 12 or larger dimensions (1170×2532 pixels / ~6.1" display). Smaller screens may impact gameplay layout, too small or landscape in orientation and the game will not function.

  • Minting from the contract will NOT work and result in an unplayable character, unusable character.


Troubleshooting

Mobile Onboarding

  • EVM Wallet Browser – Go through onboarding in your wallet’s browser (e.g., MetaMask Browser).

  • Once onboarded, pin the app to your home screen and play without needing the wallet browser again.

Mobile Issues?

  • Try onboarding via desktop first, then switch to mobile for regular play.

  • This bypasses occasional mobile onboarding glitches found in testing.

Wallet Compatibility

  • Most EVM wallets work.

  • MetaMask and OKX have been the most reliable so far.


Still Having Problems?

  1. Check for any pending transactions.

  2. Exit and restart the app, or refresh your browser.

  3. Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
